Negotiated procedure without prior competition - Voluntary ex Ante Transparency Notice - Provision of a fully Automated Total Body Photography (TBP) system, and Maintenance Services.

The proposed contract is for the purchase of the Canfield IntelliStudio Gen3 which is the only photographic system fully integrated with the VivaScope Combination unit. The system allows sections of skin tagged as of concern to be seamlessly and immediately imaged with the in vivo Confocal Microscope, a non-invasive technique giving even greater diagnostic power without the need for a biopsy. The system comes as a turnkey solution with a standard 5-year (60 months) fully supported systems warranty and support services agreement. Included in the contract price will be the freight, installation on site and integration with the VivaScope Combo. On-site training and remote dial-in training via the Canfield Webinar programme is provided for the term of the warranty (60 months) and this includes all application software upgrades; and the option of an extended warranty and support to a total of 10 years
