Gdańskie Nieruchomości contracted BUDOMEX TRÓJMIASTO SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ for the renovation and reconstruction of a multi-family residential building at ul. Bednarska 2 in Gdańsk, as part of an energy modernization project for heritage-protected buildings in Gdańsk municipality (2024–2027). The scope includes demolition and dismantling work, general construction (thermal insulation, structural repairs, roof replacement, windows and doors, internal layout changes), sanitary installations (drainage, heating system, water supply), electrical installations (rewiring, lighting, fire alarm system), and telecommunications infrastructure, with an awarded contract value of 2,524,971.36 PLN as of 4 May 2026.
