Predmet javnega naročila je nakup programske opreme (platforme) ter vzpostavitev integrirane platforme SiDG HRM, ki bo temeljila na enotni podatkovni bazi ter omogočala enkraten, centraliziran vnos in upravljanje vseh kadrovskih in povezanih podatkov na enem mestu ter izvajanje in upravljanje vseh kadrovskih procesov, s čimer bo zagotovljena doslednost in enostaven dostop do relevantnih informacij. Vsebinski elementi integrirane platforme vključujejo:
- Kadrovski sistem,
- Plačni sistem,
- Sistem za registracijo delovnega časa,
- Sistem za kontrolo pristopa.
Predmet naročila je tudi dobava in namestitev strojne opreme potrebne za kontrolo dostopa ter storitve vzdrževanja v obdobju 36 mesecev po implementaciji strojne in programske opreme.
