Territoire d'Énergie de Mayenne awarded a framework contract for design and construction works on electricity distribution networks, electronic communication infrastructure, and public lighting systems throughout Mayenne department. The contract, valued at €640 million and awarded on 24 June 2026, was granted to ten contractors: ASR TPELEC, EIFFAGE ENERGIES SYSTEMES MAINE BRETAGNE, ELITEL RESEAUX, ENTREPRISE DE RESEAUX ET SOURCES, INEO RESEAUX CENTRE ATLANTIQUE, SANTERNE MAYENNE, SORAPEL, SORELUM, SPIE CITYNETWORKS, and STURNO.
