Etelä-Savon hyvinvointialue has awarded a contract to Perhekoti Koivupelto Oy for an intensive care service placement in a professional family home for one child welfare client for the period 1 April to 30 June 2026. The placement provides 24-hour professional and therapeutic care in a home-like environment with the goal of stabilizing the child's situation through intensive support. The contract value is 6,000 EUR and is part of a larger child welfare substitute care service framework exceeding the national threshold of 400,000 EUR.
