Région Normandie awarded a framework agreement for school transport services in vehicles with fewer than nine seats across Seine-Maritime and Eure territories, primarily serving SEGPA and specialized class students, with an estimated value of 8,000,000 EUR. The contract, which became effective on July 1, 2026, was awarded to J.L. INTERNATIONAL and ST2S as co-winners. Services are provided on a call-off basis with unit pricing across two lots covering approximately 2.9 million EUR and 3.6 million EUR respectively.
