Operation of the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative’s Coordination & Support Office - CCRI CSO II

The European Commission, DG RTD awarded a service contract on 8 June 2026 to a consortium of seven organizations (ACR+, ARCTIK, Circle Economy Foundation, ERRIN, ICLEI Euro, Prognos AG, and Technopolis Consulting Group Belgium) for approximately €8 million to operate the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative's Coordination and Support Office (CCRI-CSO II). The contractor will support the European Commission in managing and consolidating the initiative, building on previous work, with the goal of expanding the community of circular cities, regions and hubs and advancing their circular transition.
