Mini Competition to existing Framework for Architect led Integrated Design Team services Stages (1 to 5) to include Architect, C&S Engineer, M&E Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Fire Safety Engineer, Landscape Architect, Ecologist, Archaeologist, Planning Consultant, PSDP and Assigned Certifier. These services are sought for the development of 155-165 dwelling units to include apartments, duplex and dwelling houses and significant associated works including GAA Pitches and Changing Facilities on South Dublin County Council owned lands at Rathcoole, in South County Dublin, on a site of approximately 17.8 hectares.
