Pentru buna functionare a activitatii medicale, Autoritatea contractantă intenționează să achiziționeze o gama variata de medicamente in cantitatile si cu specificatiile tehnice prevazute in caietul de sarcini si anexa la caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime ale ACORDULUI CADRU sunt conforme anexei la caietului de sarcini. Dreptul autoritatii contractante de a opta pentru suplimentarea cantitatilor de produse este conditionat de existenta resurselor financiare. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 15 Autoritatea contractanta va rapunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari: in 10 zile inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor.
