Se realiza este contrato con el objeto de la renovación del equipamiento de Cocina por esta obsoleto, por un sistema de carros térmicos. El sistema actual, carro de acero inoxidable y bandeja isotérmica, requiere renovación por encontrarse muy desgastado. Los carros actuales tienen más de 25 años y las bandejas más de 18 años. De igual manera, el actual sistema no permite servir la comida al mínimo exigido por sanidad. Siendo además la temperatura de la comida una de las principales quejas de los pacientes
