L’EPFL a l’intention d’acquérir un microscope confocaux à balayage avec les modalités de FLIM et STED pour sa plate-forme BioImaging & Optics (PTBIOP) de la Faculté Life Sciences (SV). L'équipement sera dédié à la recherche en particulier dans le domaine sciences de la vie.
En ce qui concerne les besoins de l’EPFL et les objectifs spécifiques de sa plateforme PTBIOP, l’accent sera mis sur les critères :
• microscope confocal de balayage avec les modalités de l’imagerie en temps de vie (FLIM) et super résolution optique (STED)
• sensibilité de l’instrument pour faciliter l’acquisition d’échantillon biologique,
