IDELIANS awarded a mixed-price contract to ALTERNATIVE ENERGIE ET ENVIRONNEMENT on 28 October 2025 for master planning assistance services covering technical and financial oversight of collective heating installations. The scope includes technical and administrative monitoring at fixed rates, support for developing the operating contract in four phases at fixed rates, and owner's engineering assistance for construction or rehabilitation operations at unit rates, with an initial one-year term from 1 January 2026 through 31 December 2026, renewable annually for up to four additional years until 31 December 2030.
