The Ministry of Finance procured the development and implementation of a national communications strategy and awareness campaign on fraud prevention for 2026–2027 through the State Support Services Centre. The project involves developing a science-based and behavioural approach to reduce fraud victimization by increasing public awareness and providing practical guidance, with activities targeted at vulnerable groups across public and private sector channels. The contract was awarded on 28 May 2026 to AD Angels OÜ, MediaBroker OÜ, and Meta Advisory Group OÜ for €290,000.
