Overview
Die Inselstadt Malchow beabsichtigt die Dachsanierung des Kloster Malchow Haus 4. Das Haus 4 (38-39) befindet sich im Eigentum der Inselstadt Malchow. Im Zuge der stetigen Umsetzung des Kloster- und Museumskonzeptes ist die Nutzung als Depot für das Orgelmuseum (Kloster 26), Verwaltungsräume für den Museumskomplex sowie Werkstätten angedacht. Der bauliche Zustand ist per 06.05.2025 marode. Grundsätzlich wird der Erhalt der historischen und der denkmalgeschützten Gebäudesubstanz angestrebt. Die Inselstadt Malchow hat im Rahmen der Städtebauförderung mit Programmjahr 2025 Städtebaufördermittel für die Planungsleistungen der Maßnahme erhalten. Für die Dachsanierung liegt per 24.05.2025 eine Kostenschätzung in Höhe von 1.719.694 EUR brutto vor.
