Hanke tulemusena otsitakse KLAT osutajaid. Hanke esemeks on teenuse osutamine sotsiaalhoolekandeseaduse (SHS) 3. peatüki 7¹ jaos „Kinnise lasteasutuse teenus“ sätestatud regulatsiooni kohaselt. Kinnise lasteasutuse teenus (SHS § 130¹ lg 1) on ööpäevaringne teenus lapsele, kelle käitumine seab ohtu tema enda elu, tervise või arengu või teiste isikute elu või tervise ja seda ohtu ei ole võimalik kõrvaldada ühegi vähem piirava meetmega, mille tõttu on lapse vabadust piiratud kohtumääruse alusel.
