Overview
Przedmiotem Zamówienia jest zakup systemu pomiarowego, umożliwiającego przeprowadzanie testów wydajnościowych (tzw. Service Activation Tests – SAT) oraz zapewniającego ciągły aktywny monitoring jakości usług Sieci Teletransmisyjnej LTE450, według zdefiniowanych rekomendacji i standardów. W ramach Systemu Monitorowania Jakości Usług przewidziany jest również system OSS (System OSS Pomiary).
