Supporting the evaluation of the Free Flow of Non-Personal Data Regulation, Open Data Directive and Data Governance Act

An evaluation is required for three legislative acts (Free Flow of Non-Personal Data Regulation, Open Data Directive, Data Governance Act) which play an important role in terms of increasing trusted data sharing between sectors and Member States, with a view to creating a single market for data. The study will assess the benefits of the three acts and shall establish evidence on the achievement of their overall goals. It will provide quantitative and qualitative evidence to the Commission for the preparation of the evaluation reports and potential impact assessments.
