Das Parkhaus wird nicht ausschließlich als Mitarbeiterparkhaus des AG verwendet, sondern soll auch externen Nutzern - gegen Entgelt - für Parkzwecke angeboten werden.
Über den Betrieb und die Bewirtschaftung (Betriebsführung) der Anlage soll ein Vertrag mit einem Dienstleister geschlossen werden.
Ziel dieser Ausschreibung ist es, eine geeignete Fachfirma (Auftragnehmer = AN) zu gewinnen, die das Parkhaus an 7 Tagen die Woche, 24 Stunden am Tag in Vor-Ort-Betrieb, Fernüberwachungsbetrieb und Bereitschaftsdienst betreibt.
