Hansel Oy has awarded a contract for expert IT consulting services to support the Employment Fund's IT system architecture development from Q3 2026 to Q4 2026, with initial workload of 50–100 percent. The three awarded winners—Cinia Oy, Gofore Finland Oy, and Gofore Lead Oy—will provide hands-on architecture work, oversee overall system architecture coherence and quality during a transition period, evaluate development projects and technology solutions architecturally, and support leadership and development teams at the business-technology interface. The contract, valued at 1,928,600 EUR against an estimated budget of 1.1 billion EUR, requires expertise in enterprise and IT architecture within large, complex system environments and experience with comprehensive system development planning and public procurement processes.
