Overview
Umbau des Bettenhauses 3 am Klinikstandort Schwabing zu Wohnen: Das denkmalgeschützte Gebäude (Baujahr 1906), welches bis vor Kurzem durchgehend als Bettenhaus genutzt wurde, wird in 75 Wohnungen für Pflegekräfte der Münchenstift GmbH und der München Klinik gGmbH umgebaut. Das Gebäude befindet sich auf einem 10.885 m² großen Grundstück und weist bei rd. 12.000 m² BGF rd. 4.500 m² Wfl. auf. Der Bruttorauminhalt beträgt rd. 43.900 m³. Es sollen 75 Wohnungen entstehen. Die Auflagen des Denkmalschutzes sind zu beachten. Die Gebäude haben jeweils UG, EG, 3 OGs und DG.. Gegenstand dieses Auftrags sind Objektplanung Gebäude LPh 6-9 mit stufenweisem Abruf.
