Overview
Der Bezirk Neukölln unterhält etwa 700 Liegenschaften. Für die laufende Sanierung und Instandhaltung der Objekte wurden drei Ingenieurbüros für Tragwerksplanung beauftragt. Vergeben wurden Grundleistungen gemäß Anlage 14 der HOAI sowie besondere Leistungen gemäß §3 Absatz 3 HOAI.
Betroffene Gebäude sind z.B. Schulen, Verwaltungsgebäude, Jugendfreizeiteinrichtungen und Bibliotheken des Bezirks Neukölln.
