Métropole Rouen Normandie procured the supply, installation, removal, and connection of road equipment on its public domain to support traffic management operations. The scope includes provision of new road equipment such as variable message signs, dynamic directional signs, traffic surveillance cameras, and traffic light systems, along with their installation, deinstallation, electrical and communication network connections to the central traffic control system, and modification or modernization of existing installations. The contract was awarded to the Groupement SOLEK / ICN on 23 April 2026 for the full estimated value of €3,220,000.
