Proiectare şi Execuție lucrări aferente obiectivului de investiţii „Modernizarea infrastructurii feroviare din Portul Constanța – Etapa III”.

CFR SA has awarded a contract for design and execution of works to modernize railway infrastructure in Constanța Port (Phase III), a TEN-T network project connecting maritime routes to terrestrial rail networks and part of the Rhine–Danube Corridor. The contract, valued at 523,811,174.66 RON, was awarded on 15 July 2026 to BAWI CONSTRUCTION and SWIETELSKY CONSTRUCT. The project aims to enhance port competitiveness and capacity by modernizing the public railway infrastructure, enabling efficient rail connections to central and southeast Europe and supporting increased cargo operations in the context of the Ukrainian conflict.
