Overview

Die Verbandsgemeinde Wonnegau errichtet in der Stadt Osthofen auf dem Gelände östlich der Wonnegauhalle den Neubau der fünfzügigen Seebachgrundschule und eine Zweifeld-Sporthalle. Der Schulneubau ist als zweigeschossiges, nichtunterkellertes Gebäude in Massivbauweise geplant. Daran anschließend wird der Turnhallenneubau ebenfalls als zweigeschossiges, nichtunterkellertes Gebäude mit Hallenteil, in Massivbauweise errichtet. Die Dachausbildung beider Gebäude erfolgt als Flachdach, bzw. leicht geneigtes Dach mit umlaufender Attika. Die Gebäudeabmessungen des zweiflügligen Schulneubaus betragen ca. 53,65 x 59,35 m, OK Attika ca. 8,20m ü. OKFF EG, die des Turnhallenneubaus ca. 30,70 x 46,35 m, OK Attika ca. 9,80 m ü. OKFF EG. Das Baufeld liegt innerhalb eines Wasserschutzgebietes (Wasserschutzzone IIIb). Die Zufahrt zum Baustellenbereich erfolgt über die Wonnegaustraße und die Baustraße östlich der Kindertagesstätte, die Abfahrt über den Festplatz auf die Herrnsheimer Straße.
