Neubau Lehrraum-Provisorium für die Universität St.Gallen (H194) - BKP 291 Generalplaner (SIA-Teilphase 3)

The Canton St. Gallen has awarded a contract to DE_Brassel Architekten GmbH (CHF 1,389,573.60) for general planning services covering SIA phases 3 (design development and permitting) for a temporary timber-based teaching facility at the University of St. Gallen. The facility will provide approximately 3,200 m² of usable space across 4,700 m² gross floor area, designed to Minergie-A-eco standards with a 15-year initial use period and 30-year lifecycle, and engineered for two disassembly and reassembly cycles. The scope includes architecture with project management, structural engineering, electrical engineering, building systems engineering (HVAC, sanitation, automation), coordination, and preparation of tender documentation for construction procurement.
