Establishment of a Single Party framework agreement for Office 365/M365 Design and Implementation Project. Initial contract: Microsoft 365 Architecture, Security, and Enablement Services Contract

Wicklow County Council awarded a single-party framework agreement to a Microsoft Certified Partner for Microsoft 365 architecture, security, and enablement services supporting its IT modernisation. The scope includes discovery and assessment of the council's IT infrastructure, development of a phased 3–5-year M365 adoption roadmap, implementation of governance and security frameworks, and staff training to migrate approximately 700 Active Directory users to a secure, collaborative workplace environment.
