Opmaak ontwikkelingsvisie voor het strategisch project Denderknoop

Provincie Oost-Vlaanderen awarded a contract to maat-ontwerpers on 5 May 2026 for €348,322.70 to develop an integrated development vision for the strategic project 'Denderknoop', focusing on spatial redevelopment of the station areas in Denderleeuw and Liedekerke and their surrounding neighbourhoods, water-sensitive residential areas, and business zones. The work comprises six core tasks including spatial analysis refinement, vision development with narrative and scenario research, final integrated vision, execution strategy, co-creative session facilitation, and project support, along with optional services available for partners to commission separately.
