Przedmiotem zamówienia objętym niniejszym postępowaniem jest usługa ochrony osób i mienia na terenie Sądu Okręgowego w Płocku oraz Sądu Rejonowego w Gostyninie. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ. Realizacja ochrony będzie zgodna z ustawą z 22.08.1997 r. o ochronie osób i mienia (Dz. U. z 2021 r. poz. 1995 z późn. zm.).
