Réalisation d'un équipement sportif au sein de la ZAC Bossut à Pontoise (95)

SPL Cergy Pontoise Aménagement has awarded the construction of a multi-purpose sports facility in the ZAC Bossut district of Pontoise, comprising a 150-seat multisports hall, a specialized martial arts and movement activities hall, and associated support spaces including meeting rooms, changing rooms, and technical areas. The project, completed on 19 June 2026, was awarded to a consortium of eleven contractors (GD THERMIQUE, GROUPE EMILE DUFOUR, LES CHARPENTIERS DE L'ATLANTIQUE, METALLERIE - DECORATION - STORES, MONTI, SAREY, SARL BILLIET, SEM BAT, SOC NOUVELLE REGIONALE DU BATIMENT, STTS, and COLAS Etablissement Gennevilliers Nord IDF) for €5,261,935.80. The facility features sustainable and biosourced materials including timber structure, low-carbon concrete, hemp concrete envelope, vegetated roofs, and rainwater management systems to minimize environmental impact.
