Fastigheten Instrumentet 5 i Örnsbergs industriområde konverteras från kontor /lätt industri till bostäder i samband med områdesutveckling. Projektet innebär i korthet att en del av den befintliga fastigheten mot Jakobsdalsvägen behålls och renoveras samtidigt som den byggs på. Även garaget renoveras och återbrukas i projektet. Intill den återbrukade byggnadskroppen byggs ett nytt punkthus i korsningen mellan Jakobsdalsvägen och Instrumentvägen. Ett nytt lamellhus byggs vid Instrumentvägen.
Totalt omfattar projektet ca 115 lägenheter och ca 11 500 BTA.
