The Municipality of Shumen has awarded a contract to ADORIA CONSULT EOOD for consulting services related to project organization and management of an initiative to reduce secondary dust emissions through green measures in Shumen, funded under the Environment Programme 2021-2027. The scope includes preparing funding applications, reports, monitoring project implementation compliance with regulations, identifying irregularities, and ensuring proper financial and technical execution. The contract was awarded on 14 May 2026 for 63,000 EUR.
