Overview
Im Rahmen des NiaZ3 Projektes Westerstede-Ocholt werden die 3 Bahnsteige erhöht und modernisiert. In dieses Zusammenhang wird auch die Barrierefreiheit durch den Aufzugneubau und den bau einer neuen Zuwegung hergestellt. Für den Neubau der Zuwegung wurde das Gleis 1 stillgelegt, eine Weiche wird hier ausgebaut und die gesamte LST zurückgebaut, hierfür wird Unterstützung durch Thales als Ersteller nötig.
