Overview
Die bestehende Seniorenwohnanlage muss umfassend umgeplant, saniert und durch einen Neubau ergänzt werden. Hierfür werden Teile des Bestandgebäudes abgebrochen. Die Baumaßnahme ist in drei Bauabschnitte gegliedert.
Projektsteuerung, Projektstufen 1-5 gem. AHO Heft Nr. 9 (Stand: März 2020) und Sonstige Leistungen. Die Auftraggeberin behält sich die stufenweise Beauftragung vor.
