Overview
EU Support to Electoral Process in Bosnia and Herzegovina is technical assistance through capacity building of Central Election Commission (CEC) of BiH. The overall objective to which this action contributes is to uphold the integrity, transparency, and efficiency of the electoral process in Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
The specific objective of the contract is development of the software tools to support development of CEC staff capacities and improvement of CEC organizational framework, public relations, external communication and quality of election database.
