Naročnik Občina Videm, Videm pri Ptuju 54, 2284 Videm pri Ptuju (v nadaljevanju: naročnik), vabi vse zainteresirane ponudnike, da podajo svojo ponudbo v skladu s to razpisno dokumentacijo v informacijski sistem e-JN, na podlagi na Portalu javnih naročil objavljenega obvestila o naročilu in sicer javnega naročila po odprtem postopku in v Uradnem listu Evropske unije ter v informacijskem sistemu e-JN. Ponudbe morajo biti v celoti pripravljene v skladu z razpisno dokumentacijo ter izpolnjevati vse pogoje za sodelovanje na tem javnem razpisu. Ponudniki morajo oddati ponudbo za celotno razpisano storitev. Ponudbene cene izbranega najugodnejšega ponudnika so fiksne na enoto mere za šolsko leto 2025/2026
