Aanschaf en implementatie van een (pré)depot tbv jarenlange opslag digitaal archiefwaardig materiaal.
Sinds 2018 is het overheidsorganisaties toegestaan om volledig digitaal te archiveren. Daarvoor was het aanhouden van een fysiek (papieren) archief verplicht. Aangezien vrijwel alle gemeentelijke processen inmiddels digitaal verlopen, is er nu behoefte aan een digitaal archiveringssysteem dat volledig voldoet aan de geldende wet- en regelgeving.
