Atlantic Technological University (ATU) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites responses to this Supplementary Request for Tenders (SRFT) from firms admitted to its Dynamic Purchasing System under Lot 5 Education for any Education database (citation or otherwise), any eBook or online journal aggregator (covering peer reviewed or non-peer reviewed material) or any service platform, open access or otherwise, providing access to content for academic purposes, including but not limited to, journals, magazines, industry publications, conference papers, policy and administrative documentation, newspapers and news sources, reports with bibliographic information in full text or abstracted format.
