Overview

Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce při realizaci stavby "Parkovací dům - Oblastní nemocnice Trutnov", čímž dojde k navýšení kapacity parkovacích stání v areálu Oblastní nemocnice Trutnov. Nový parkovací dům bude sloužit návštěvníkům nemocnice i zaměstnancům. Nabídne celkem 276 parkovacích stání, přičemž 8 míst bude vyhrazeno pro imobilní. 4 místa budou určena pro nabíjení elektromobilů a u každého pátého parkovacího místa bude provedena příprava pro budoucí osazení nabíječky. Dodavatel bude při realizaci díla povinen využívat metodu informačního modelování staveb (BIM) v souladu s podmínkami stanovenými ve smluvní dokumentaci, zejména BIM protokolem a jeho přílohami.
