Topolovgrad Municipality has awarded construction works for the reconstruction of an open children's cultural and sports center located in the central part of Topolovgrad town. The scope includes repair of the projection building, demolition of two storage structures, replacement of windows and roofing, stage reconstruction, installation of a roof structure over the stage, repair and construction of seating areas with pergolas, new asphalt surface for a sports court with markings, interior finishing, furniture installation, and landscaping work. The contract was awarded to SPN CONSTRUCTION OOD for 329,598.24 EUR on 21 May 2026.
