Stadt Grevesmühlen - Schulcampus 2. BA - Neubau eines Zentralgebäudes

Stadt Grevesmühlen awarded a contract to Groth & Co. Bauunternehmung GmbH on 9 June 2026 for EUR 2,489,803 to execute raw construction works including scaffolding for a two-storey building with partial basement on the school campus project. The scope encompasses excavation, drainage work, masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete work, thermal insulation with clinker slips covering approximately 78 m², sealing work, and scaffolding services for a building with a footprint of approximately 65.5m × 24m and height of approximately 10m from finished floor level.
