The Municipality of Kardzhali procured delivery and installation of equipment and furnishings for the renovation and modernization of Yan Bibyan Kindergarten in Kardzhali, divided into four lots: classroom furnishings, interior furniture, didactic cabinets, and educational and presentation equipment, estimated at EUR 37,463.63. The procurement was awarded on 2 June 2026, with all deliveries and installations required by 5 May 2026 under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan financing mechanism.
