Im Rahmen des Großprojektes 2. S-Bahn-Stammstrecke ist die Erstellung einer zentralen Baulogistikplanung übergreifend für den Verkehrsknotenpunkt HBF München in den Lph 1-8 erforderlich. Das Ziel der zentralen Baulogistikplanung ist zum einen die Ausschreibung (und Kontrahierung) eines operativen Baulogistikers und zum anderen die fortlaufende Begleitung des Projekts hinsichtlich baulogistischer Fragestellungen sowie die Überwachung des operativen Baulogistikers.
