El objeto contractual que se articula sobre la base de 4 lotes incluye:
• El suministro de los derechos de uso de las licencias sobre los productos ofrecidos por el fabricante SAP que soportan los sistemas de información de recursos humanos, económico-financiero y de gestión de ingresos (tributarios, tasas, multas ,etc.) del Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
• Los servicios gestionados integrales sobre las dos plataformas tecnológicas contempladas: plataforma SAP del Ayuntamiento de Madrid y la plataforma en la Nube que complementará a las funcionalidades ofrecidas por SAP.
• Servicios de mantenimiento evolutivo y adaptativo sobre la plataforma SAP.
• Servicios de mantenimiento correctivo y soporte sobre la plataforma SAP.
