1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa akcesoriów do aparatury medycznej dla UCK w asortymencie, ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ.
2. Zaoferowane akcesoria muszą spełniać warunki graniczne określone w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z warunków granicznych określonych w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty.
3. Dostawa akcesoriów będzie realizowana na podstawie zamówień częściowych. Maksymalny termin dostawy wynosi 7 dni roboczych od daty złożenia zamówienia.
