1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest:
a. Dostawa cewników typu IVUS (kompatybilnych z aparatem do uslrasonografii wewnątrznaczyniowej – 1 sztuka zgodnie z opisem zawartym w załączniku nr 4 do SWZ) oraz mikrocewników wieńcowych i stentów kobaltowo-chromowych, w ilości i wymaganiach określonych w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ.
b. Dzierżawa aparatu do ultrasonografii wewnątrznaczyniowej – 1 sztuka, zgodnie z opisem zawartym w Załączniku nr 4 do SWZ (kompatybilnego z cewnikami typu IVUS opisanymi w Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ).
