Overview

(Ideenkatalog für eine bessere Schulverpflegung in
Brandenburg), herausgegeben von der Vernetzungsstelle
Schulverpflegung Brandenburg, Stand 2014.
Die Planung der Lehrküche erfolgte an Anlehnung an die
GUV-SI 8042 - GUV-Informationen Sicherheit im
Unterricht, Konzeption und Installation von Lehrküchen.
