The Municipality of Harmanlii has awarded engineering services to EKO STROY PROEKT EOOD for the energy renovation of a residential apartment building in Harmanlii. The scope includes design and construction supervision services, along with execution of building works comprising thermal insulation of external walls, roof and floor, replacement of facade windows and doors with energy-efficient PVC and aluminium profiles, and installation of energy-saving lighting in common areas. The contract was awarded on 8 April 2026 for 575,970.30 EUR.
