Overview

Die „Stiftung Rehabilitationszentrum Thüringer Wald“ (RZTW) ist als Dienstleister für Menschen mit Behinderungen auf dem Gebiet der beruflichen und sozialen Rehabilitation und Integration tätig. Nach bereits erfolgten Sanierungsmaßnahmen an den Bauteilen C bis F ist aktuell in Verbindung mit der Sicherung und Erweiterung des Leistungsangebotes eine weiterführende Sanierung insbesondere hinsichtlich des Brandschutzes erforderlich. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die hierzu erforderlichen Planungsleistungen für Gebäude gemäß HOAI Teil 3 Abschnitt 1 §§ 33- 37, LP 4 - 8 in stufenweiser Beauftragung. Zunächst wird nur die Stufe 1 (LP 4) beauftragt.
