Secondary School "Sveti Kliment Ohridski" in Dobrich has awarded contracts for the delivery of textbooks, educational kits, and access to e-textbooks for students in grades I–XII for the 2026/2027 academic year, divided among nine publishers. The procurement, valued at 37,112.73 EUR, was awarded on 12 May 2026 to Arhimed 2 OOD, BG Ucebnik EOOD, Bit i Tehnika OOD, Domino EOOD, Klet Bulgaria OOD, Kolibri OOD, Pedagog 6 - Delev, Luizova i S-ie SD, Prosveta Plus AD, and Univers EOOD, with each publisher responsible for specific grade levels and subject areas. All delivered materials must be new, unused, and comply with the Ministry of Education's approved curricula, with transportation and loading/unloading performed by the contractors.
