Předmětem veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce spočívající v novostavbě nemocničního vícepodlažního parkoviště pro personál nemocnice, které bude mít 3 podlaží. Věž sloužící jako svislá komunikace a technická budova bude mít 4 podlaží. Nad parkovištěm je betonová střecha nad kterou je osazený heliport a přístupová spojovací chodba ve formě tubusu. Heliport je určený pro provoz letecké záchranné služby (viz letecká studie). Přístup na heliport zajišťuje nadzemní chodba (tubus), která je napojená na objekt “věže”, kde je možné poskytnout první pomoc a následně pokračovat s pacientem nadzemní chodbou (most nad areálovou komunikací) k objektu Infekce.
